Structured project financing has a term of 5 to 15 years with an agreed residual value at the end of the contract. Current lease payments are adjusted to project cash flows. In addition, you tend to need less equity for these financing projects with corresponding quality of cash flows.
For project financing, our own experts assess both the technical and legal feasibility of the investment. As a rule, no other external consultants need to be consulted. The resulting time and cost savings benefit your projects – a single transparent processing fee covers all services.
We adapt the financing structure individually to the project cash flows. Our customers remain beneficial owners of the assets through purchase options. If desired, lease-purchase structures with clear termination regulations (balancing of the asset with the customer) can also be mapped if the rental fee is waived.
